Increasing Behavior Goal |
When receiving lesson instructions, the student will stay on task and in his or her desk in at least 5 lessons out of the 6 lessons in a week. Baseline: The student currently stays on task and in his or her desk in a maximum of 2 lessons out of the 6 lessons in a week. |

Short-Term Objectives |
1. When receiving lesson instructions and given an assignment, the student will demonstrate staying in his or her desk and on task behavior by staying quietly focusing on his or her assignment and performing the task in at least 5 out of the 6 weekly lessons. 2. When asked to perform a written seatwork task, the student will stay doing it until it is successfully completed. |

Decreasing Behavior Goal |
When receiving lesson instructions, the student will refrain from bothering, disrupting the other students by patting their backs, tickling them or invading their personal space when they are engaged in the learning process to a maximum of 1 instance of distraction in the 6 lessons of a week. Baseline: The student currently disrupts other students by wandering, invading their personal space, patting their backs and tickling them in 4 out of the 6 lessons in a week. |

Short-Term Objectives |
1. When receiving lesson instructions, the student will refrain from touching other students with any body part throughout the lesson to an acceptable level of 1 instance of touching others in the 6 lessons in a week. 2. When receiving lesson instructions, the student will have no permission to disrupt others at any time during the lesson period in the 6 lessons in a week as measured by the teacher’s observation. |
