Research a different publicly traded company on the company’s Website, the public filings on the Securities and Exchange Commission EDGAR database (http://www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml), in the University's online databases, and any other sources you can find. The annual report will often provide insights that can help address some of these questions.

1. Discuss the company, including the CEO, products, services, annual revenue, employees, and history that gives an overview of the company.

2. Describe and evaluate how the company and managers are responding to the changing workforce in recognition of generational differences (this includes accommodations for those with disabilities, senior workers, and the lesbian, bi-sexual, gay, transgender, and queer (LBGTQ) communities.
