Review the short case at the end of Chapter 3 of your Trevino text. Discuss the scenario using the following questions as a guide:
· What is the ethical dilemma in this case?
· What values are in conflict?
· Based on your Baird lens analysis, what blind spots must you avoid when making an ethical decision?
· Can you use the 8 steps to sound ethical decision making (from Trevino & Nelson), to arrive at a good conclusion in this case? Why or why not?
· Is there a better, quicker, method to resolve the crisis for Mary? What is your suggestion for an ideal result?
