Cotey Collins

I am Cotey Collins-Hernandez from Chelsea, Massachusetts, I am currently pursuing my

Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Administration. I am

currently the Branch Supervisor at TD Bank’s Winter Street - Boston location. I am also a

member on the City of Chelsea’s Economic Development Board. Formerly I served on the City

of Chelsea Historical Commission and the Town of Paxton Finance Committee.

My careers goal is to work with the IRS or the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Alternative goals would be to continue growing in my banking career to be an Assistant Manager

and eventually a Manager, and then move towards a career in the back office.

Hannah Detheridge

Hi class!

My name is Hannah. I currently reside in Michigan with my boyfriend and our three dogs. This

will be my last semester before I obtain my Business Administration degree with a concentration

in Human Resource Management. I am hoping to eventually obtain a career working with

employee benefits and/or employee rewards. I love working with anything that helps create a

positive work environment for employees.

Previously, I was an assistant in multiple different areas. Three years in the mortgage industry,

two years in the automotive online sales industry, and then one year for the VP of Miscellaneous

Stuff. As an assistant I helped create reporting, track trends, schedule trainings, organize

meetings, control multiple calendars/emails, and implement production based contests.

Currently, I am a credit underwriter specifically working on purchase mortgage loans and have

been in this role for about two and a years. In this role I review income, assets, and credit. I also

help dig deep and get creative to provide solutions to ensure we can get a loan to close while

ensuring we are following guidelines set by lenders.
