Reflection (250-500 words)

When reflecting on the findings, teachers need to facilitate a suitable environment for different students to grasp the content. I will utilize the aspect of generating various methods of content delivery. I can introduce graphic organizers, diagrams, or even pictures to capture the attention of the student to ease their understanding. I will review each student's background to analyze the capability they possess (Choi & Yi, 2016). Everyone possesses a different understanding capacity or capability; to help them, one needs to analyze their rate of grasping the content. I will develop ways to divert their attention and improve their concentration to be in class constantly. To introduce a song may be where we can listen during the starting of the session where it will relate with the subject of the lesson.

I will form a constructive, collaborative engagement between the students to boost their confidence. I can appoint them according to their level of understanding to help one another. They will involve in active debates, discussions and conduct some presentations that will be helpful to use the vocabulary. I will assess them individually to understand their challenges and provide reasonable solutions (Sun & Hsieh, 2018). In addition to this, I will try to assign a task according to their level, presenting a unique presentation. The presentation will include the use of appropriate writing tools, drawing or pictures to elaborate the task, and introducing any video or audio related to the topic that might enhance the clarity of the topic. Lastly, I will allow the utilization of technological resources. I might introduce a topic with a projector so that the few students might have vision challenges to view better (Loman et al., 2018). I can introduce clickers to gifted students to enhance their activities and think beyond their colleagues. Engaging students with a different aspect and allowing them to implement the content will boost their confidence and prepare them for the next phase of their life.
