Initiatives

· Maintain quality control (product safety) on all MR products produced and shipped to the German distributor

· Customer Focus Groups to increase brand awareness

· Campaigns to highlight the safety of MR brand, quality and the ability of MR to modify products towards customer needs (develop sales and marketing literature)

· Initiate 24/7 customer service

· Update AG website with German information on MR

· Maintain current quality and safety standards that meet the EFSA certification while increasing efficiencies in operations

· Reduce production costs (bulk sales) by 25% with efficiencies of operations

Initiatives

· Monitor and control the quality of MR brand production from raw materials through shipping that meet EFSA standards

· Increase production volume by focusing on bulk production, eliminating disruptions in the production/cleaning process

LEARNING AND GROWTH:

Objective

· Develop and train staff to increase employee efficiencies in production and to recognize and adjust for inconsistencies between current mixes vs. the German taste preferences

Measures & Targets

· Monitoring/measuring output levels of AG staff (25% increase in yield/25% reduction cycle time)

· Increase output per person of AG US production staff by 25%/qtr Increase revenue per AG staff employee by 25% annually

Initiatives

· Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging open communication, empowerment, and suggestions to increase performance and adapt products where necessary

· Production incentives for staff for increased output and performance

· Training opportunities for AG staff on newer production techniques, quality control, customer service, annual testing

· Training AG staff on the food tastes of Germany through customer surveys indicating where adjustments to mixes could be necessary (i.e. sweeter or nuttier)

· Customer feedback on sample packs in order to help the staff gauge inconsistency to German tastes
