First, write a response to the Independent Learning Task (ILTs) set out in your Study Guide each week. We would recommend that you write all of your posts in the “ILT Template” document (available to download under the “Assessment” folder on the unit site) and then copy it to the discussion board. There are 10 ILTs set for weeks 1–10. Keep your responses to around 100 words. While you may be reflecting on your own experiences with communication at work, you need to include at least one (1) research source per ILT post and a Reference List for each post. This can be a reference to the textbook, readings, or some other material you have found. Scholarly (peer-reviewed) sources are preferred. Post your response to the correct thread in the discussion board.
