Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Develop an EHR project charter and implementation plan, including the individuals that would be on the project team. Evaluate the primary risks and barriers you might encounter with some specific strategies to overcome those barriers.
Your paper should meet the following requirements:
· Be 4-6 pages in length, not including the title and reference pages.
· Please include topics & subtopics / introduction and conclusion required.
· Include 3-5 references, in addition to the textbook. Remember, you must support your thinking/opinions and prior knowledge with references; all facts must be supported; in-text references used throughout the assignment must be included in an APA-formatted reference list.
· Be formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA.
