Summary

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is critically important in a competitive business environment. CRM refers to all techniques, strategies, technologies, and tools employed by enterprises to acquire, develop, and retain customers (Pedro, 2018). Mina CRM is a software that ensures that each step of consumer interaction is efficient and smooth to increase business profitability. The software can collect consumer data from several channels. Mina CRM stores detailed data on consumer purchase history, purchase behavior patterns and personal information. Attracting and retaining customers is a desire for any type of business. This is because a strong customer base enables a business to get more profits and gain a competitive advantage. Mina CRM is capable of software that will help the organization offer outstanding customer experience and ensure that the business face presented to the customer is seamless.

Project goals

· To help develop the outstanding customer experience.

· To help in creating a unified business face to the customer.

· To help in growing the customer base.

Project objectives

· Grow the customer base by 50 percent

· Shorten service time by 10 minutes

· Generate four marketing reports per month.

Key customers and stakeholders

The key customers for the project are hotel and hospitality enterprises. Service delivery time and personalization are vital in the hospitality industry. The major stakeholders of the project are the government the project team members. The government outlines data protection rules and regulations. On the other hand, the project team assists in project implementation.

Milestones

A project milestone refers to a management tool that marks a point in the project schedule. Besides, milestones are used to symbolize the completion of a project phase (Eik-Andresen, 2016). The main role of the milestone is scheduling. The first milestone of the project is getting approval from the executive business committee. The second milestone is signing contracts with the customer. The third milestone will be after six months in the project to evaluate the achievement of goals against time.

High-level timeline

A project timeline is critically important in a project, and it ensures that the project is well planned and transparent. If the project tasks are not tacked at the right time, the project might delay and loss of project profitability. The high-level timeline for the project is creating the customer support portal, which will provide customers with the necessary information or services they might need.

Project cost and major staffing and non-staffing resources needed.

Cost management refers to the process long process of estimating, allocating, and also controlling the project costs (Marinina, 2017). Cost management is important in predicting expenses to ensure that the costs do not exceed the budget. The overall cost of the project is seventy-five thousand dollars ($ 75,000). Key staffing is the software engineers tasked with software installation. The estimated key staffing cost is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and the non-staffing resources required is training and support and legal compliance certificate, which will cost around twenty-five thousand dollars ($ 25,000).
