For this Assignment, refer back to the organization “Red Cross” you chose in Week 1 and consider the following as you prepare for this assignment:
· Assignments you completed as you reflected upon and analyzed the organization.
· Reflections documented in your Organizational Reflection.
· Discussions and Assignments you have completed throughout our course that identify and assess a negative cultural component recognized in the organization.
· Consider how the negative cultural component influences the levels of culture within the organization, the structures of power within the organization, the operational success and sustainability within the organization.
· Consider how the organization’s vision promotes (or does not promote) positive social change.
· Identify one improvement strategy that a leader, or leaders, can use to improve the negative cultural component within the organization and how the transformation will more effectively promote positive social change.
