DISCUSSION ANSWER
Below you will find my three topics related to organizational leadership problems or opportunities. The first topics is called Transformational Leadership and Change: How Leaders Influence Their Followers' Motivation Through Organizational Justice, as stated by Deschamps, Rinfret, Legace, and Prive (2016), the reform of Quebec’s healthcare resulted is a reduction about mergering and closure of number of institutions, which were investigate by managers motivation and mitigating factors. This managers motivation for their employees is through organizational justice as stated by Deschamps Rinfret, Legace, and Prive (2016). As stated by Rinfriet, Legace, and Prive (2016), there were two hundred and fifty-three surveys giving to healthcare managers that describe the positive impact of transformation leadership motivation as well as the different aspects of organizational justice, but the overall results were transformational leaders influence each type of organizational justice, interpersonal justice, followers’ motivation affected by procedural, and distributive justice.
The second topics is “Good leaders ask, they do not tell,” as stated by Shadle and Meyer (2014), talked about leaders in the veterinary practices business such as conductor. Shadle and Meyer (2014) discussed situations where “tell, do not ask” leadership which called for are rare. Shadle and Meyer (2014), stated:
“A leader who communicates clearly and frequently and helps team members fulfill the vision will be effective in building
an organization and a satisfied team that can deliver quality
service.”
This is a true statement because without clear communication from managers or leaders, employees will be unable to perform their job duty or performance as well as getting the information incorrectly due to miscommunication. For example, if too many commotion or conversation are going on in a meeting at work, this will make is too hard to concentrate on what is being said which can cause misunderstanding what is being said by the speaker or managers or a manager or leaders might be talking to one of their employees (who is deaf, hard of hearing, or blind) and the communication is going left because the manager or leaders does not know the employees have a disabilities that will prevent him or her the opportunity to communicate effective. This is when more training should come in such as sign language class, interpreter, or hired someone to help the employees communicate effective vice versa etcthis article study talked about the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and spiritual leadership from school principal perspectives in primary teacher school setting. Everyone have there on belief about spiritual (higher power “God”) being the stronger point in getting leaders to perform better in organization because without it leaders seen to not perform well and everything get out of order and employees are unable to get the profit up and running smoothly. Everyone needs some form of positive or guidance in their life to make their job or life better. Some individual sees their parents as their leader, sister, friend, boss, children, and so forth. Truly, it all depended on the individual aspect of life and how they want to present it to the world and lifestyle. It good to have spiritual leadership in your organization such as God, pastor, Christian, etc. that can help make your organization run smoothly.
