1. Minimum 5-page typed (double-spaced) narrative description of activities performed in the office, concluding with a discussion of learning outcomes and suggestions for improvement of the experience. 

1. Interview assignment notes, typed and including assignment #’s, dates and topic titles. 

The document will be evaluated for 1) completeness, 2) attention to format, 3) craftsmanship, 4) design quality, 5) grammar and 6) general quality of content.  Note the due time and date in week
