Page 1:  Your Personal Vision Statement. . Please write your personal vision statement in 36-48 bold fonts. You might start with "My Vision for an Ideal and Morally Sound Life is...” There are no format guidelines beyond this. Page 2:  Your Personal Mission Statement.  You might want write your mission statement in 36-48 bold fonts on a sheet with border that is suitable for framing later on. Be creative here. There are no specific format guidelines. Page 3:  Your Personal Value Statement:  This list of personal values that will act as a set of guidelines for ethical behavior at school, in relationships, and throughout your career and life. There should be at least six values with a 2-3 line explanation of why each value is important. Creativity is also encouraged here. Page 4:  Reflection Statement:  On this last page (using 12-point Arial fonts) please repeat and answer these three questions in a manner that is clear, thorough and insightful:   It must be thorough enough so the instructor has a good idea about what you learned: (BTW there is no minimum length of these answers stated here, but there is definitely a minimum degree of thoroughness that will determine the grade. So, please be thorough so the reader can clearly be educated on your insights)

(1) Do you see a constructive connection between what you learned in this assignment and a future (and ethical) career? How and where?

(2) Do you see a constructive connection between what you learned in this assignment and your personal life? How and where?

(3) Did you find this assignment to be worthwhile on any level? Why or why not?

Please give the three statements a lot of thought, as it can be one of the most valuable exercises of your life. If you write these without proper reflection and commitment and only for the sake of this assignment, you will have missed a great opportunity to get a better sense of purpose and clarity that will help your career and your personal life.
