II. Discussion

Discuss the group’s answers to the following questions: 1) How could this have been prevented? 2) Who was responsible? 3) What further actions should the responsible party take now? Use the problem-solving approach to engineering ethics to analyze the ethical dilemma. State the problem and provide relevant facts. Discuss the opposing viewpoints proposed by the group.

III. Conclusions

State the prevailing viewpoint agreed upon by the group. What was the voting distribution? What were the dissenting opinions?
