Leadership traits that can help manage conflct
Here you can begin by doing research about what leadership traits is. Give definition
perhaps, then go into discussing the traits you will like. Think about what type of traits should a
leader have that will help resolve issues at the workplace. For example, if a leader listens to
employees well, it could resolve communication conflict at the workplace. You may want to talk
about more than one as you will have to have one full page of this section. You an also start this
paragraph giving us information on what you are going to be discussing in your workshop.

Strategies to help improve communication at the workplace
In this section you can begin by discussing something about communocations and
conflict at the workplace. Think about your workplace. You can then do research or if you know
some from top of your head some steps strategies you can implement to help the communication
flow better at the workplace to avoid conflict with one another. For example, as a leader you
must reinforce behavior or be consistenct with your employees. This can minimize any
miscommunication to help improve communication. Think about a few strategies and talk about
them in detail to fill up this page.

Methods for motivating and improving behavior at the workplace
In this section you can begin by discussing something about motivation. You know
motivation is important for employees and the success of the company. Perhaps talk about what
is motivation, and why it is important for the workplace in order to improve performance. Then
you can begin discussing your approaches to getting employees motivated in order to improve
their behavior. Would you reward employees? If so, how? Why do you believe your method will
work? For example, a method leaders can use to help motivate employees and their behavior is
by having a pleasant place to work at. Think about the things you would want at your workplace.
Think about the environment you want and what will make employees happy. Remember
money isn’t always a motivator for employees. Those who are highly motivated will create a
productive workplace. Good stuff to discuss here.

Conclusion
Here is where you will wrap everything up that you have in your paper. A summary of
what you have discussed. A sentence letting me know what you have discussed to
accomplish what was expected for this assignment. In other words, tell me what you have said in
your paper but in a paragraph.
