I would like you to help the team prepare an effective objective statement for the pizza delivery Six Sigma project by rewriting the poor objective statement above as an effective objective statement in the table below, making sure to include all six required elements. Problem 3 Create a SIPOC diagram with 4 to 7 process steps for one of the following activities:

Ø Registering for classes. Ø A regular visit to your doctor’s office. Ø Changing the oil in an automobile. Ø Changing a flat tire.

Problem 4 Create a swim-lane process map for placing and receiving an order at a fast food restaurant.

Ø Please choose a restaurant where you can see the food being prepared (e.g Panera Bread, McDonalds, Arbys, Subway, Taco Bell, etc.).

Ø Your process map will have three swim-lanes: you, cashier (taking your order), and cook (preparing food).

Ø You do not need to include any metrics (times, distances, etc.).
