PART 1 (250 words)

The challenges facing entrepreneurs entering foreign markets can be daunting. How would you advise an entrepreneurial firm to offset “foreignness” when moving into a new foreign market? Conversely, where do you see the U.S.’s position heading (friendly v unfriendly) toward entrepreneurs from other countries doing business in the United States?

Part 2

Select articles from 10, peer-reviewed academic journals OR professional journals, published within the last five years.  Prepare a summative/evaluative annotation for each. These articles must focus on business principles that speak to the global business environment, specifically global business operations. You will summarize, assess, and evaluate each of the articles. Do NOT use dissertations or textbooks. The sources must be peer-reviewed journal articles, OR professional journal articles, i.e. Harvard Business Review. This necessitates you conducting rigorous research using an academic library or credible online repository.

1. Each summative/evaluative annotation should begin with the full APA reference for the article, informing your reader of the salient points of the source, evaluating the value of the source from a scholarly and/or business perspective, as well as reflect on how the source aligns with the concepts covered in the course. Briefly mention the author(s) credentials as you begin the annotation.

2. Each annotation should be approximately 1 page for a total of 10 pages (title page excluded). Double space throughout

3. Title your paper Annotated Bibliographies.

4. A References page is not required (do not include one), as you will provide the full reference prior to each annotation.

5. Submit your paper in Microsoft Word format via the assignment dropbox by the end of Module 4. The presentation should follow conventions of standard American English appropriate for a professional and scholarly audience using APA format (6th ed.). Please stay to one page per annotation.

6. Annotations that are not derived from peer-reviewed or professional journals will not count toward the 10 annotations and will result in an immediate reduction in points.
