The purpose of this assignment is to develop self-awareness of stress reactions on an individual basis.
Directions: Your Assignment should be at least two full
double-spaced pages in length, using size 12-point font in Word format. Be sure your paper is well written in paragraph form, with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. You may use external sources in addition to the required unit Readings. Cite any external sources used.

1. The circle is a universal symbol of wholeness as recognized by many worldwide organizations. It is also referred to as a
mandala — circle-shaped objects symbolizing unity. Construct your own mandala emphasizing the components of mental, spiritual, and physical, and emotional well-being in order of importance to you. Yours might be evenly spaced or more heavily weighted to one or another well-being. One example can be found on page 22 within Seward's digital book; or page 28 of the print version. To make your own mandala in Microsoft word, click on “insert” in the toolbar, click on the chart, choose “pie”, fill in the excel part of the chart; click save and insert it into your paper. 2. Describe each of the four areas of the model and discuss why each area is important to balancing your wellness and stress
