· Cover page: make sure you indicate – countries (your names) that your group has selected for analysis. However, you will present for a specific country

· You will have an overall introduction to your country, details (as given below) and then have a conclusion, pulling together key points from your analysis of your selected country.

· I would like to see a well-developed, focused, succinct & critically thought through argument(s). Avoid data dump. I suggest a maximum 3 pages for excluding cover page and references.

· Make sure that you use formal writing techniques like topic headings, short sentences, paragraphs, bullets etc.

· Spellcheck and grammar check – points will be deducted for sloppy work

· Finally have in text citation as well as a complete citation at the end of the paper (separate page) – APA format.

· Watch out for plagiarism?

· Your paper will discuss:

· Look at topics in Week 1-3 and go through the readings

· Introduction:

· Your perspective on whether globalization has an impact on the business environment?

· Discuss political, economic, demographic, legal, and environmental forces that deeply impact a country

· Country specific:

· Very Brief introduction to the country, in terms of its location, topography, natural resources etc.

· Demographics – is the population mix a facilitating factor or a hindrance – how and why? Labor movements and migration etc.

· Discuss the political system that governs the country. What role does the government play in mitigating risk for business? Factors like investment climate being facilitated by incentives for FDI

· Conclusion:

· Your perspective on the progress country has made to be a global player.
