Task :

You are the Network consultant of a new company that starts business in January. The company is interesting in designing and developing the whole network infrastructure including LAN/WAN/Servers/Telephone Centre/Security/Advanced Technologies.

The main objectives for the company’s infrastructure are:

· Network Access to all employees including

· Internet,

· ERP & CRM system,

· Email,

· Telephone System,

· Database Services,

· Secure Network

· AntiSpam, AntiVirus,

· NAT/PAT,

· Firewall, IPS, AntiX,

· Email-Web Security,

· Advanced technologies

· Wireless Access,

· Remote Teleworker Services,

· BYOD

· MDM

Also take into consideration that the company will have 50 employees (technical/sales) and by the end of the year this number will increase by 10-20%. Within 3 years the company should have approximately 125 employees and should be expanded in the Balkans area (Romania, Bulgaria & Cyprus).

Please provide a report of no more than 1.000 words that explains your network topology, your design, the network infrastructure of the company and your proposed proposal. Include a Logical Network Design. Your proposal should also be presented on a 15 minutes presentation.

The report must be presented in a structured format including the following:

· Title page,

· Contents page,

· Introduction,

· Main body of text with relevant sections,

· Conclusions,

· Recommendations

· References and Bibliography (References should be clearly indicated from their sources, i.e. internet or books).

· Dead line of the report – Monday 15/04 @ 09:00.

· The presentations should take place on Thu 18/04.
