Using the sample data file supplied to your team, perform the following analyses utilizing Excel or JMP:
Control or Run Chart
· Describe what you see in the outputs, how would this data inform your initiative (remember, these tools can be used at multiple phases of QI pathways / DMAIC).
Using the sample data file supplied to your team, create at least 3 Pivot Tables that capture relationships you see in the data and/or offer organization of the data to inform decisions
· Format the Pivot Tables into a 1-page handout or executive summary that could easily be distributed during a team meeting, pasted in an email, etc. Use this exercise to practice translating data to others and sharing it in an easily comprehended way that tells a story
