Part 1: Write a 1-Paragraph response in which you create an argument that addresses the following question:

Has Technology Had a Positive or Negative Impact on Our Ability to Communicate and Connect with Others?

Caveats:

-Your position cannot be “Well, there are positives and negatives.” Be decisive. Take a position.

-Your paragraph must contain a specific piece of evidence that you clearly connect to your position (as discussed in previous slides)

- Minimum 250 words

Part 2: Write a summary of your community-based argument “effect of social media on American adolescents” (approximately 50 words).

Part 3: Write a paragraph (250-300 words) in which you anticipate a counterargument that might be made against the argument you just described as well as your rebuttal to that counterargument. Focus on your topic which is. “effect of social media on American adolescents”.
