Watch the video below from the movie "Pulp Fiction" and write a couple of paragraphs on what you see as similarities between what we discuss in lectures 4 and 5 and the project management style of the "Wolf". Make sure to discuss how the "Wolf" addresses scope, time and risk management as well as his leadership style. If you've seen the movie you would certainly remember this scene and don't worry it's the censored version!
If you haven't seen the critically acclaimed movie I'll give you some background on the scene. The "Wolf" is part of a mafia organization and two of the assassins in the organization have accidently shot another person in their car so the assassins pull into the home of someone they know who lives near the incident. Everyone is running around in chaos not knowing what to do until the "Wolf" shows up and sets the project in motion.

‘The Wolf’ is definitely a leader. You can see that by the control he asserts over the situation. He has a clear vision and has people and target alignment. His communication is key to this situation. He tells everyone at the same time what their roles will be and what he expects. This clears up any confusion, and also lets everyone know what the other person is responsible for. The goals are clearly stated. “Clean the car”, “Get thick dark confronters, no whites”.
He also has a SOW. ‘The Wolf’ introduces himself, has a timeline of when things will be done, and he also has clear expectations for all parties involved. He starts by finding out what time the wife comes home. This gives them a strict time period to get the body out of the car and clean up. He also acknowledges what task is at hand.
