As nurses, we understand the importance of staying abreast of best practices, and one way to accomplish this is to educate one another. In-services are a way to reach many nurses on multiple shifts. I found your presentation on the improvement plan on reducing med errors by practicing the SBAR method to be very interesting. Do you see yourself implementing such a plan where you work? What was one major “ah-ha” moment for you when you were creating the presentation?
