Assessment Criteria |
1. Conduct a training session in class demonstrating how to use and complete one of the templates you designed in Assessment 1.
2. The participants should be able to complete the template after following your demonstration and instructions.
3. Participants will then complete a feedback form which assesses the template.
Areas to be assessed include:
· Ease of use
· Readability
· Macros and other automated functions
· Overall appearance
· Layout
· Information required to complete
4. Collate the information and note any changes you plan to make.
5. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for use during the session.
· Ensure you use the ‘notes’ function in PowerPoint.
· Use screen dumps where possible to demonstrate your template.
6. You are allocated 25 minutes for the training. Include the following:
· Introduction
· Template demonstration
· Discuss template saving requirements
· Discuss Master template management
· Q & A
· Close
7. Submit a copy of the following to your trainer for review.
· PowerPoint presentation
· Copy of the template demonstrated
· Student feedback forms
· Summary of changes (if any) you plan to make
· Copy of the revised template
