- Read and summarize the following article: https://www.collectivecampus.io/blog/10-companies-that-were-too-slow-to-respond-to-change. You may provide a couple of examples of companies that were too slow to respond. You do not need to include a summary of all 10 companies.
2. Pick one of the companies discussed in the article. Based on the principles from the text & PPT, discuss at least two ways senior management could have lowered resistance to change and/or encouraged innovation at that company.
3. Read the supplemental nudge theory material in D2L. Discuss how the nudge theory could have been used to encourage change at one of the companies in the article or at a business you have seen be slow to change.
