Definition of the problem

Management plays a role like a back bone for the progress and sustenance in an organization. For the effective and efficient working of the organization, useful management is needed and management is nothing but the name of effective leadership in an organization. The article with the title “The three key ingredients of Leadership you need” focuses on increasing role of leadership in the management of a company. This article explores the problem of the gap between the leadership and the management, which creates problems like success dilemma. In an organization, ideas and opinions come from any direction but the implementation can only be possible through vigilant leadership and this article throws light on these factors (Denning, 2020).

Summary of previous investigation

A lot of research has been done in the inspection of the ole of leadership in aligning the management within an organization. In the 21st century, management has been playing a vital role in constructing the progress of an organization. The issues in management like crisis management, performance management and human resource management, etc. are better sorted through leadership (leadership). Leadership when merged with the efficient management strategies produce the optimum results in developing the organization’s prestige (Juneja). Leadership is closely related with the management and organizational settings of an organization.

Identification

The power tools through which the employees are controlled and the management tools through which the employees and their skills are managed properly, are modified and aligned by the leadership tools. This article identifies the crux of an organization, i-e. the role and importance of leadership. Because of the dependence of management on leadership, the organizational performance improves but also monitored to a greater extent. This article can be linked with other two articles that have been discussed in this paper in these ways,

Recommendations

The gap between the leadership and management creates extensive problems within an organization. For decreasing the gap between these two important factors, there should be abridgment between the middle level and higher level management. Also, there must be trainings and negotiation session between all levels of managers.
