My paper:

A technical workstream lead's job is to lead a group of people in accomplishing a task. Within the workplace, this is part of a larger program's scope. A workstream leader should be able to: be a well-rounded individual with attributes such as honesty, integrity, teamwork, communication, empathy, confidence, inspiration, delegation, and many others A Leading Petty Officer, which I hold in the military, is an example of this post. This individual is supposed to be an expert in his or her specialty. You could be in charge of anything from five to one hundred and five individuals, depending on your division. You should have a plethora of knowledge in your subject as the technical workstream lead, and if you are asked a question, you should know how to locate an answer if you don't know it right away. You are accountable for assisting your chain of command with day-to-day activities or tasks. You must also be able to manage people's schedules, family concerns, attitudes, and any other issues that may arise.

Science, in my definition, is something that is researched or discovered through experimentation, and technology is something that has been made by the application of science. Although the two terms are distinct, you cannot have technology without science. Furthermore, as science and technology have expanded and invigorated human activity, new challenges have developed in society, necessitating the development of new sciences and technologies capable of addressing the new issues that have evolved as a result of the changes in society (Nikhilesh et al. n.d). Science is the foundation that allows technology to take off. Scientific and technical advancements have not only made people's lives easier and richer, but they have also changed the way society functions. This is accurate because a few of my classmates discussed how the iPhone has transformed society as a result of the invention of smart phones in debate number one. “They're the first group to grow up as digital natives, having had the internet and mobile phones from an early age,” says the current Z generation. In 2018, the majority of business agreements and interactions are conducted via cellphones or social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and others. This form of technology facilitates communication while simultaneously increasing the likelihood of being misunderstood.

An invention is something completely new that has never been made before, whereas innovation is the process of improving or improving something that has already been created. There are differences between the two; according to Business Insider, the key difference between the two is the emphasis. Invention can be defined as the act of releasing a person’s mind potential to generate new thoughts. Innovation, on the other hand, is completely quantitative. Change is introduced into relatively stable systems through innovation (Marshall, 2013). A microprocessor is an example of an invention that was made to improve the functionality of the computers. On the other hand, an innovation taking place is automobile. As time goes by, people are making changes in the automobile machines.

A technological road map's goal is to plan for both short- and long-term objectives. solutions in technology Goals, new technology, and technology road maps are the eight major components of technology road maps. Release plans, resources, System capabilities, milestones, training, risk factors, and status reports are all things to think about. A technology roadmap's ultimate goal is to bring important stakeholders, such as Engineering, IT, and other business divisions, together by developing a strategy for implementing new technology solutions or maintaining existing ones (Haaf, 2016).
