Analyzing the feasibility of using social network as an effective environment for teacher-student communication on the example of teaching discipline (2015-2016 academic year). It was investigated the communicative role of the teacher and students during teaching / mastering course using a community Based on results of the survey community members – students training direction Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University it was found that this form of organization of educational process in extracurricular time is effective for students. Proved that it extends the communication component, is convenient at performance of independent work on course, provides additional consultations, makes learning accessible, informal, interactive and creative.
In everyday practice of gained practice of effective communication is through social networking it relies on students willingly allowing their communication to be versital. Teachers learn from students allowing them access to reach their potential and teachers become efficiently able to talk to students’ needs without student feeling nerved. Teachers can build from social networking to working together face-to-face.

Teachers are constantly under pressure to produce results in the form of student achievement. The combinations of characteristics and methods that teachers use to achieve those results may seem endless. The author discusses 10 basic characteristics of effective teachers: good prior academic performance, communication skills, creativity, professionalism, pedagogical knowledge, thorough and appropriate student evaluation and assessment, self-development or lifelong learning, personality, talent or content area knowledge, and the ability to model concepts in their content area.
In becoming an effective communicator certain traits are needed to become successful all-around. This was good for handling certain pressures from bad teaching habits to beneficial exercises to becoming a successful communicator to parents and students with simple disciplines.
