The article detailed a study that aimed to examine the effect of theoretical knowledge on management and its impact on education. Using a theoretical review approach the article held that success in education institution largely relied on whether the leadership styles, methods, and principles were fully implemented. Drawing on various literature, the article developed a theoretical distinction between the quality of a leader and a manager. The article identifies managers as having the ability to exercise rationality, solve the problem, analytical, authoritative and having a sense of tough-mind and persistence. On the other hand, the article defines a leader as possessing qualities such as creativity, imaginative, courage and being visionary. Further, the article discusses various factors that determine leadership style to be adopted in order to be effective in the education setting as listed below;

1. The size of the institution

2. Communication structure in the institution

3. The personality of the individuals in the institution

4. Level of collaboration in achieving institution goals

The article provides a theoretical approach to the application of leadership of theory in institutions, by drawing thematic issues from various leadership-related literature it provides a guideline that is essential for management in learning institution context. On the other hand, the large number of theoretical concepts and technical knowledge make it difficult to understand the leadership practices, principles and styles discussed in the paper. Overall, the paper may be regarded as useful in guiding the formulation of leadership policies in educational institutions. The paper ability to relate leadership theory themes to school management practices offer an example of how theoretical framework may be used appropriately to develop effective leadership styles in a school setting.

The authors provide a theoretical approach drawing from related literature to provide insight on the significance of leadership and its influence in drawing innovation in a business environment. The article identifies leadership as having a direct effect on trust, culture and perception of organization vision. The article related effective leadership as possessing the ability to influence changes and create an environment that promotes the achievement of organization objectives and goals. On trust, the author argues that it helps improve organization performance and enhance group commitment, therefore it demonstrates effective leadership. On the other hand, the paper states that leadership play a critical in shaping organization culture by promoting a sense of belonging among members.

Using simple language the paper provides a clear theoretical guideline through which leaders may utilize their ability to drive the desired change in an organization. The theoretical approach employed by the article analyses various leadership practice across the world. The article point muli[ple leadership style as the ideal model to be used in coaching processes. The article examines various leadership theory and their contribution to improving leadership coaching. Further, based on the thematic of multiple leadership theory the article develops a framework for leadership coaching’s comprised of five steps. I found the article resources to all individual at all levels of management to assist them in developing their human development skills. The simplicity of article makes it ideal for providing leadership coaching particularly to an individual with little knowledge in that discipline.

The above article provides a summarY of various studies on leadership styles in an attempt to connect its impact on the quality and productivity in the workplace. By drawing on various studies the articles provide insight into the measurement of leadership performance. By examining the association of organization culture and leadership style. The paper argues that different organization required diverse leadership styles and thus has a direct effect on organization effectiveness. The paper identifies two forms of leadership style, the transformational and transactional leadership style. The paper argues that transformative leadership is a strong determinant of both the level of job satisfaction and organizational performance.

By developing a theoretical approach to leadership style, the article offers insight into the significance of both transactional and transformative leadership styles in different business settings. By drawing its content from various primary research on leadership and management the article provide credible information to be relied on by experts and students in related studies. The simplicity of the language makes it easy for the readers to grasp and understand its contents as well as understanding the findings from various primary studies which provide evidence for its argument.

This research journal attempt to fill the gap of knowledge on the effectiveness of various leadership interpersonal skills at a different level. Data used in the research was collected using questioned administered in Kohat University. The interpersonal skills examined included the ability to motivate, communication and organizing team-work. Further, the research differentiated management level into three distinct groups; lower, middle and top level. According to this study, some interpersonal leadership skills were found more effective than others. A leader ability to initiate teamwork was found more effective at a top level compared to middle and lower level. On the other hand, the ability to motivate was more efficient at a lower level with leader’s communication skills having no significant difference with the middle management level.

By drawing from various literature on management, the research article provides resourceful information for leadership and management. Although the papers follow a clear research design and methodology its language appear much technical a factor that may hinder the understanding ability to understand its finding.

The result from drawn from the 44 participants indicated that team-building had a significant effect in improving communication and job satisfaction level among employees. The empirical approach point to four factors of teamwork that are described as interdependent. The four dimensions are attitude, behaviour, operation and finance. The article identifies attitude and behaviors as important ways of improving team-work productivity while the last two are means through which teamwork results may be measured quantitively. Using diagrams the article develops a theoretical framework that illustrates the interrelation between the various dimensions of teamwork.

The paper is a bit lengthy and uses a lot of technical languages which makes difficult to understand the argument developed. However, its reliance on previous survey-based theory and rich literature review make it a resourceful for experts.

The article is resources and its theoretical knowledge may be used to develop practical team-building structures in an organization. The information may be more relevant if applied in business organizations that adopt horizontal communication as inclusivity in decision making is identified as one of the aspects that determines the effectiveness of teamwork.

Primary data used in the research was collected from 178 professors drawn from twenty education institutions that collaborated in various research projects. empirical research identifies knowledge-sharing with having a positive effect on team performance, while conflict hindered effectiveness with emotional intelligence having no significant effect.

Although the research was primarily intended to assess the importance of teamwork in education institutions the evidence-based knowledge is essential in developing previous theories on teamwork. Although the content is concise in explaining the research findings use of technical language make it difficult for the non-expert in the discipline to understand.
