Annotated Bibliography

For this project, you need to be able to support your claims, utilize existing frameworks, and stand on the shoulders of giants that have come before you (Bernard of Chartres, 11th century). As a practitioner, this will help you support initiatives with credible, sound evidence. If you choose to pursue a doctorate, this will give you a taste into what it means to conduct academic research. For this assignment, you will develop a list of relevant sources relates to one of the major themes found within the MS-Information Systems program:

· Networking

· Databases

· Systems Analysis

· Management Information Systems

· Project Management

· Business Intelligence

Guidelines

The MS: Information Systems program covers each of the domains outlined above. For this assignment, you are to choose the one that is the most relevant to your current or desired career path and identify relevant academic literature to further your understanding of that particular domain. However, not all sources were created equal. It is important to not only be able to synthesize information from various sources, it is also important to be able to assess the quality of the content. This assignment will help you to be able to do that. For this assignment, you will submit an Office 365 document in the form of an annotated bibliography. The details/structure are below for your reference.

· APA Formatted Cover Page

· APA Formatted Table of Contents Listing Each Source

· For Each Source, Start at the top of a New Page (In Total, Should Fill a Single Page):

· APA Formatted Citation

· Link to PDF version of article stored in your shared Office365 folder created as part of HW0

· Paragraph Summary (Links to an external site.)  (5-10 sentences, 200 words in length, written in your own words, utilizing APA formatted in-test citations as necessary)

· CRAAP Analysis of Source (Links to an external site.) : (Use these as sub-headings in your submission and BRIEFLY justify each one based on your analysis. Be thorough, yet concise.

· Currency

· Relevance

· Authority

· Accuracy

· Purpose
