Findings. 1. The results show that studing and IADL activities, which mostly included child rearing, meals preparation and cleanup, takes up most of the time in my weekly schedule. 2. Social participation only 10 hours and it is the least engaged activity. 3.The areas that I must do are IADL,work and studying opposed to that I choose ADL, plsy&leisure, and social participation. 4. The areas I like to engage myself more is social participation and don't like cleaning the house. 5. a) The level of balance in the areas with most hours dedicated to depends on the beliefs moral values and interests. The interest on study and hygiene of the household is top priority in most societies. The age and capabilities plays a role in the daily engagements and their immense importance to our lives. Based on my weekly activities I spend most of my time engage with education and ADL activities, which mostly included my family. Take to considaration I am from society, where family plays major role in life, but I try to balance my life berween family and education. Those, two aspects are extremely meaningful for me.   b) A healthy life requires 8 hours of sleep and time breaks to psychologically develop the emotional intelligence through recreational activities. For example, education, opens for many possibilities and enables one to lead a healthy life. The wellbeing of others is the first step to our overall well-being. Occupation balance relates to health and wellbeing the aspect of people’s strong desire to belong, be part of something beyond, focus on academic goals and balance life demand. It is worth concluding that promoting wellbeing provides the insight to the relationship between occupation, identity well-being and meaning (Ekelman, Bazyk, & Bazyk, 2013).   c) Positively, the pattern of activities has set a mindset that is driven on schedules to ensure self-organization based on developmental stages and what the individual culture postulates. Routine activity sets a focus and timely engagement to some of the crucially important activities. Negatively, the conservativeness of these activities disallow personal flexibility and performance is maintained and occupationally consistent.   D) Occupational balance fully depends on the individual’s culture of engaging in the right amount of occupations and with clearly defined specifications. There is vital importance of appreciating the relationship between balanced lifestyles and health. the result of the stuffy performed by Wilcock et al. showed that occupational balance was perceived as approximately equal to involvement in activities that are physical, mental and social (Wilcock et al., 1997). Therefore, the engagements that we get ourselves into promotes our health, and prevents diseases by boosting the immunity and knowledge on the life choices.   Reference Ekelman, B., Bazyk, S., & Bazyk, J.
