1. Brief summary of the accident circumstances. 2. Primary findings and recommendations. 3. Status of the recommendations and what has been done since the accident to prevent recurrence. 4. Primary aviation safety issues associated with the accident. |
This Accident Analysis should be 4-5 pages double-spaced APA format. References and citations should be in accordance with the current Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. As a general guideline, the first two pages should cover the events and findings. The remaining pages should address the recommendations, FAA actions on the recommendations, and industry implementation of the recommendations.
