Cloud Computing: Exploring the Business Process as a Service
Abstract
Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) can be described as the services being outsourced to the organizations which are specialized in offering the outsourcing solutions. These business processes in general are not part of the key business process of the organizations. These will be outsourced by the organizations to cloud vendors who offer better services and cost reduction. This paper will be investigating into the factors associated with BPaaS, some of these are service time and material billing, service under contract, service under warranty, return repair and others (SAP, 2016). Advantages and disadvantages of the BPaaS will also be covered during this research.
