Assignment: Staff Training Syllabus & Ongoing Bibliography
Description:
Research and develop a training syllabus that outlines 18 hours of paraprofessional training that includes at least 3 references in APA format.
· Consider the public school model that often provides 3 school days (6 hours each) for staff development.
· You must develop at least 3 topics for training, the number of hours for each topic, and provide information about how this is a competency-based training within the description.
· Each “training” should be outlined on a one to two-page document (no more than 2 pages).
· Annotated bibliography for each reference (one paragraph only for each article).
