Students should work in groups of 4

i. Create a design  any four of the of documents stated below the  documents must be filled out 

(a) pay slip or payroll;

(b)  currency memorandum;

(c)  debit and credit notes;

(d)  simple statements of account;

(e)  cheques.

Submission on due date 4 MARKS

ii. List at least FOUR pieces of information that can be found on each document. 6 MARKS

iii. Explain the purpose of the document. 4 MARKS

PRESENTATION 6 MARKS

· Information must be presented in a logical manner using correct grammar and spelling. 

Word document 

· There must be introduction 

· Each document should be placed on a separate slide.

·  The front cover should include a design appropriate with the assignment.

· The first slide should  have the following information: student’s name, name of subject, name of teacher, class, date submitted and an appropriate title.
