SUBTOPIC:  ONE ELEMENTOF ART AND ONE PRINCIPLE OF DESIGN

OBJECTIVE(S):  

CREATE A DESIGN TO REPRESENT ONE ELEMENT OF ART AND ONE PRINCIPLE OF DESIGN.

1. TRACE you hand on a blank piece of paper from your Art folder, or your Art sketch pad.

0. DRAW a checker design in the empty space, or outline of your hand. 

1. DESIGN the first letter of your name in ONE of the spaces in the outline of your hand.

2. NAME one Element of Art and one Principle of Design that your artwork represents.

3. EXPLAIN why you think that your artwork represents the Element of Art and the Principle of Design that you choose.

0. TAKE TWO  pictures of your work and send it to your Art teacher.  ONE picture should be of the completed work.
