RULES:

Paper specifications: 11-point Times New Roman, single spaced on 8 1/2" x 11" paper with 1-inch margins, at least 15 pages not including bibliography section. All figures and tables must be original. Follow APA style for citation of references (both   in-text  and in the   list of references ).

The paper must be submitted in MS Word format.

P.S.: The submitted paper will be scanned for plagiarism. Should strictly follow the plagiarism guideline.  Make sure that  there is no plagiarized material .   A plagiarized paper will be severely penalized.

1. References should not be repeated more than twice in the complete paper.

2. In a single para there must be minimum 2 different citations.

3. All the figures must be taken from the reference papers and must be cited on the top.
