MAKE SURE YOU ANSWERED ALL PARTS OF QUESTIONS FULLY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FULLY ANSWERED

TOPIC 1 Please Answer all questions in this topic FOR EACH LEARNING OBJECTIVE and Need more to be at least a full page.

As I assisted with the administering of different tests, I learned that different teachers use different teaching approaches with their students. As I helped teachers in my internship, I realized that they were not using the same teaching styles. There are different approaches due to the different level of understanding of the students. There are programs offered where teachers are taught on the different approaches and styles to use on their students.

When collecting and compiling data in different classrooms, I learned that students are different. After collecting the data, I went through some of the tests. The answers that were offered were alike but different in all papers. The concept was the same but the way of passing the point was different from one student to the next.

All tests need to be standardized, they need to be the same questions for everyone. I learned that it would be unfair to offer a simpler test to some of the students who have a hard time catching up. Regardless of having students who are slower in a classroom, the purpose of a standardized test is to measure the performance and level of understanding of each student in the classroom.

When assisting teachers to develop their lesson plans in accordance to the Blooms taxonomy, I learned that each student’s learning ability had to be taken into consideration in order for the lessons to move smoothly there are some students who are slower and might be left behind (Lorin W. Anderson, 2013). For the good of the organization, a teacher needs to have a plan on how all students will understand what is taught to them. In education, learning is a systematic process and for students to acquire the needed knowledge, it must be followed step by step.

TOPIC 2 In this first paragraph you have to talk more specifically about the ethical standard that you mentioned. ( trust, integrity, dignity, and confidence).

Upon entering the teaching profession, teachers have some obligations, among them is a set of ethical principles which need to be adhered to. These principles define the professional conduct of the teachers. These principles are found in the code of ethics. These standards clearly state actions that are right and wrong. the purpose of these ethical standards is to ensure that teachers identify their ethical responsibilities, guide the decisions they make to be ethical as well as promote trust, integrity, dignity, and confidence in the profession.

This situation actually happened to me at my place of work. An ethical dilemma that has risen in my workplace involves slower learning students. All students in a classroom are required to fully understand a topic before the teacher can move on to another topic. But the conflict arises when there are slower students in the classroom. Some students will take time before they grasp something that the rest of the class has understood. This might be two students in a class of thirty students.

It would not be fair to continue to the next topic and these two students have not understood. At the same time, it would not be fair to the rest. It would be wasting time for the rest of the class to keep explaining the same thing to these students. In such a dilemma, I found that the best way is to move forward with the rest of the class (Beverley Holden Johns, 2008). I created an online group where my slower students can log in in after classes and can do their regular work and also some challenging work which will assist them to catch up with what they missed in the classroom.

TOPIC 3 For this topic, you have to find 2 sources related to education or teaching and summarize them; means you put the source and summarize it, then you put the 2nd one and summarize it. Then, tell how will u use this information?

Being a teacher involves more than simply offering knowledge to pupils. Teachers play different social roles that vary greatly. Formally, most of the traits and skills that are significant to being a teacher at not acknowledged, but an individual learns them on the job. Teaching is a very noble profession but can also be demanding and stressful (Kozol, 2009).

For a person to be a teacher, it takes commitment. Teachers are required to be in a class for more than seven hours, to plan their lessons, grade the students as well as prepare for school events at their own time. In addition, the parents are no walk in the park. Some parents can be very unruly and not appreciative of the teaching style of a certain teacher. This can be very stressful for the teacher.

Being a teacher can be very rewarding. There different reasons one might opt to be a teacher and I found some of those reasons to be, being a teacher allows one to give back to the community (Manno, 2012). It is a way of contributing to society in a way that is meaningful, it also assists one to help those in the community.

A teacher has an impact on the education system. Officials in the government and school administrators have an impact at the legislative level whereas the teachers have direct contact and effect on students in classrooms. A teacher can help improve the quality of education of his or her students which will eventually help numerous students over the teacher’s career. Becoming a teacher gives one the pleasure of shaping the lives of the next generation. I found that this information will be essential to me in my career and professional choice as a teacher. It will assist me to offer quality education to my students.

Need to attach the interview questions in a separate page as stated in the instructions AND you need to add more interview questions and discuss the. It looks like you asked only one or 2 questions which is not enough.

The person I did an interview on was an official in the Ministry of Education in my hometown by the name of MR. Joseph West, before getting his position he was a teacher. His responsibility as a Minister of Education is to develop new education strategies and ensure that they are met by all schools. He is also in charge of all the schools in public schools in our districts as well as the teachers.

In the interview, we spoke of the challenges that one might experience. One of the challenges met was disrespect from the students. Being an educator is a very difficult task (Hare, 2018). Everyone has a different teaching style and students tend to react differently to this. I also learned there are different approaches when it comes to the understanding of students of a certain concept. Every student requires to be appreciated just the way they are.

Address,

Dear Mr. West

I had the privilege of talking to you last week regarding the field of education and the challenges that are met in the field and I feel very honoured to have spent an interview with someone of your status. I wanted to let you know that I enjoyed the time I spent with you and found the interview to be very intriguing, knowledgeable and inspiring.

What I learned from you from the field concreted my career and future profession choice. I will be taking up the responsibility of an educator in my future career and I hope to follow in your footsteps. Again, I am thankful for giving me your time, thought and words of encouragement.

Sincerely,

TOPIC 5 This should be about schools NOT business. IMAGINE that I am a school principal and talk about this field. Also, you can NOT use sources. ONLY your imagination and thoughts. Need more to be at least a full page.

Having employees who have low morale and are not motivated can lead to low productivity, poor cooperation as well as an increment in turnover and eventually limit a business from achieving its set goals. The morale of employees can quickly break or build the success of a business, as the project manager I find there are simple creative approaches to lifting the morale of the employees.

Appreciating employees is one of the best approaches. Showing them that their work is more than just a job, what they do is valued and every staff member is important. This can be achieved by offering incentives to the best-performing employee (Conner, 2014). This will likely motivate them to go over and beyond in achieving what is expected of them because they know they will achieve something in the end. The incentives offered can be in form of bonuses that are added to their salaries, day offs or maybe a paid vacation over the weekend.

Another way of boosting the morale of employees is by having some fun. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Having games and fun trivia can really make the employees more energetic and boost their morale. In addition, there can be even a party once a month to celebrate the good work the employees do. This party can have different things such as horse riding, races, and even massages to help them relax.

Some employees might be slower compared to the rest, in terms of grasping and understanding things. There can be programs and seminars for such employees. In these seminars, the employees can be taught on different things as well as offered training on what they find challenging. These methods will definitely boost the morale of employees.
