“Five Levels of Leadership”

Review the power point on this topic.

Determine where you think you are in this leadership spectrum of levels 1 through 5.

Remember from the lecture 5 is not necessarily the best level to be at, each level just describes different types of leaders.

Your assignment to be written in a minimum of 500 words

1. What level do you think you are at today and explain why you think that?

2. What level you may want to be in your career and why

3. And if there is a difference in levels from #1 and #2 above how do you think you will transition between the two levels
