INTERVIEW :

How do you adjust emotion when you feel mad at work?

 I take a 10 minute break or enjoy a cup of tea to recenter myself. If that doesn't work, I will focus my energy on projects that need my attention.

How do you motivate yourself when you meet with difficulties?

I start thinking about what issues or projects I can solve, which usually helps me get my focus back. If that doesn’t work, I think about any upcoming vacation trips I have.

Which personality is more important in our company? Teamwork player or independent worker? 

Within our office, teamwork player is more important. Being a small company, our employees must be willing to help each other out for the betterment of the office work flow.

My Background: I am studying a MBA program and also I am working at plastic surgery clinic as a graphic designer and marketing assistant in Arcadia, California, US. Because our doctor and most of the stuffs are original from China. So our main target market is Chinese and Asian.......My main job is advertising design (patients before and after photography and retouching, brochure design, price list design, promotion banner design, website content, email design, social media advertising design,) and assists our marketing team to cooperate with Chinese market(dealmoon, world journal).
