Assessment 4 Instructions: Informatics and Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators
OVERALL COMMENTS
Perla,
Thank you for your submission. For this assignment per the instructions you must Select a single nursing-sensitive quality indicator that you see as important to a selected type of health care system. A list of the indicators are found within the instructions for this assessment. I am grading this as non-performance so that you may be able to resubmit the presentation with a single indicator from the list provided.
I know you mentioned nurse turnover rates, but there was no information about collecting or reporting that data (turnover rates do not come from the EHR or nurse satisfaction surveys). There was also information about infection rates and nurse satisfaction, making it difficult for me to determine what single indicator you were focusing on. Please let me know if you have questions.
Thank you for your hard work.
