It is time to publish the third article in your series for Complex World. 

Items to consider when drafting your article:

Does your hypothesis align with the organization’s mission and problem?

Have you considered all of the stakeholders that need to be involved for a successful implementation?

Are your criteria clear and succinct to measure effectiveness?

How much change is needed to support your solution?

Is your dependent variable measurable?

What measurement instrument is being used to support your goal/hypothesis? Is it the right measurement?

Are you running the right statistical test to test your hypothesis?

How will you interpret and present the data?

Does your solution represent a data driven solution and implementation?

In this article you should summarize how you are going to implement your solution and how you are going to measure the success of your solution. Discuss how your hypothesis aligns with your organization's mission and remember that it is likely you will need assistance from others in your community who are in different fields. Consider the roles you need individuals to play from other disciplines to support your solution.

Be sure and support your points with data and evidence and perform at least one statistical test on the data you provide. Provide an explanation of how you will interpret and present your collected data to inform future decision-making in your organization. Use the template provided for your submission and follow the same guidelines as you did in modules 1 and 2.

As with your previous articles in your series, remember that editorials are typically opinion pieces; supporting your opinions with data adds to your credibility. Be sure your opinions are supported with data. Assume that Complex World is a leading source of interdisciplinary information for leaders in all fields and careers. 

ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS 

Cover the following details:

The hypothesis you created should align with the organization’s mission and problem.

Describe how you will implement your solution, which stakeholders will need to be involved, and how implementation will progress. 

The criteria you are using to measure effectiveness must be clear and defined succinctly.

A minimum acceptable level of performance should be set and supported with research (how much change is enough to support the solution).

Your dependent variable (measurement items) must be measurable.

A measurement instrument should be determined for each of the goals/hypotheses of your plan.

Which statistical test will you run and how will you interpret the data?

Use the Complex World submission template 3  download . Be sure to use APA formatting for your citations and references, but the template should be used for your submission.
