1. From that one (1) element come up with one (1) specific question or issue about Challenges in Decision-Making that you want to focus on and answer.

1. Use the Title page and Table of Contents, as provided.

1. Follow the instructions in the Final Paper outline. Make sure that you have covered off all the points in the Final Paper outline in your paper. Past student who did not follow the Final Paper outline lost significant marks. I highly highly suggest you use all of the sentences I have provided in the outline below. They will help you remain focused. Using them will also save you a lot of time.

1. The Title page, Table of Contents, Paper Outline, Writing Quality, Citations, and Referencing must all be written following APA writing guidelines. Not following APA will result in 5 mark deduction. Consult the school’s APA writing guidelines.

1. You must cite and reference at least six (6) additional authors in your paper. Properly citing and referencing other authors in your paper is particularly important.

1. Your paper must be written in “one voice”. This means each person’s contributions should be edited to where there is no distinction between who wrote what.
