Impressive work. I have comprehended that positioning is the method of advertising whereby paybacks of an organization's commodities are obtained to a specific audience; unlike positioning, product differentiation describes the methods used by the organization to distinguish its products from its competitors who have similar effects on them in the marketplace (Choi et al., 2017). Provision of high school education through online platforms is highly taken care of by the JGJ inc.; despite the credibility posed by this institution, competition from schools like the Udemy and Stanford university is increasing its dominance. Udemy, for instance, is taking up the education market in the United States; this is due to the improved quality of their education and the adoption of the aggressive marketing strategies that make them well recognized across the world (Dombrowski et al., 2018). I have also learned that a dynamic pricing model entails the flexibility of services, and prices are in moderations; it allows the fast growth in revenue and profits owning to the fact that it is a real-time pricing model.

            JGJ Inc. expects to expand its market base to other continents like Europe after it realizes successful operations in the US; therefore, it becomes attentive towards bringing on board professionals in the field of training to match the services provided by Udemy 2025 in most of its operations. The adoption of more online schools calls for increased changes because more parents are now accepting the concept of online learning for their children, and there are minimal entry costs to classes. JGJ is required to enlarge the pace of adopting new and effective coaching techniques to increase its market share because most customers are becoming conscious of the quality of education offered by a particular school, as there is a variety to choose from (Choi et al., 2017). I have comprehended that people from generation Z are the target market for JGJ Inc. due to the increase in demand by that generation group of online learning.  Providence of captivating learning classes to enable them to recover from the depression that most students face due to the increasing difficulties of life, JGJ Inc. will therefore focus on providing entertaining opportunities and facilities.
