2.2 Discussion: Job Satisfaction

Discuss the different ways management can increase job satisfaction within the organization. Look at unique ways other than simply increasing pay or bonuses.

Also, consider the outcomes of your proposals on the individual and organization.  Example: Pay only increases satisfaction to the point where a comfortable lifestyle is reached; after that point, increased pay ceases to increase job satisfaction.

· I do not want to see a simple list but expect to see analysis and its application within your organization.

· The discussion posting standards are listed in the course syllabus.
