INSTRUCTION
Watch the video on Module #3 Success in the New Economy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zs6nQpVI164). Write a minimum one page MLA style paper (see example below) on what specific facts in the video impressed and/or surprised you. Title your essay, The New Economy. In your essay, state how your new knowledge acquired from watching this video will influence your career path. Or alternatively, explain why this video failed to inform you of anything new or failed to have you reflect on your future career. In either case, you Conclusion paragraph must include a brief outline that traces your future career path.
Follow all the MLA essay formatting rules. Your grade will be based heavily on how well you follow all the basic the MLA style essay rules. Your first paragraph should introduce the subject that you are writing about. Your second paragraph (and more) quotes what you have researched and contains your interpretation(s). Your last paragraph is your conclusion that sums up all your findings and supports your final thoughts on the subject.

This template contains pre-settings for the essential features of MLA format: margins, indentations,
font, line spacing, and widow/orphan control (see The Research Process 159-61). To use this template,
select "File--Save As" and save the template under a new name. Then use type-over insertions to replace
the header, information block, and title. Finally, replace the text in the body of the template by using type-
over insertions, or delete the body text in blocks. (Hint: Leave the sample block quotation in place to
preserve its paragraph indentation as a model. Use type-over insertions in the bibliography to preserve
the hanging indentations.) Here, then, is a sample block quotation:
A quotation that occupies more than four typed lines should be indented one inch (or ten spaces) from
the left margin. It should be double spaced, without quotation marks at the beginning and end of the
quoted material. Its right margin should be set at 1". Its parenthetical citation should be placed after the
block's last item of punctuation. ("Source" 16)
I suggest printing this template to make sure that your printer is properly configured to produce an
MLA page. It should produce 27 lines on this page, plus the header.
