Good evening classmates and professor, I hope everyone is having a beautiful week and ready to embark on this new class. After going through what this course entails and the course objectives, I find that mastering this course is vital to being an excellent business manager. Some objectives that were intriguing to me when reading was:

· maintaining critical thinking skills 

· understanding political issues and its opportunity 

· Predict situations that present potential legal and ethical issues.

From my own experience in the business industry to having these qualities not only elevate you in management but also help you to foresee any harm that may interrupt business as usual. Keeping in mind that competitive advantage and survival is key when operating a business. 

Risks or challenges might a manager encounter if he or she has not mastered these objectives can hinder the future and current state of the business even to the point or shutting down in certain situations. some risk associated with not mastering this course are not bring aware of real-life decisions within the business, not being able to effectively communicate in the industry, and misinterrupting the global economy.

On the other hand, not being as knowledgeable as you should can posse great danger on the business, the market, and survival of the company. One of the biggest challenges is communication because with penetrating the market, inducing competitive advantage, and marketing are all vital reason why communicating effectively is a must. I believe we will discover so much in this course along with building a better understand of this industry.
