I wanted to inform you that I dt#J; your decision to "feed" Sarah's head to the traders on the floor and the board. As a chief &Jcutive ofiicer, you must also take blame for the actions of the o company. First, it is unfair that you solely blame Sarah, especially since she had "filtered" several warnings to you in the past; wamings you neglected to listen to. Furthermore, a great leader does not

Sarah did her due diligence while trying to protect the company. She did her job; she tried to warn you of what was going to happen, but you neglected to listen. This should not be her blame to accept alone, it should be yours too. Why is this blame yours to accept? You should be responsible for your company's actions because it is your duty to predict what is going to happen to this company and steer it in the correct direction. During the board meeting we had late at night, you said your job was to predict what was going to happen and you did not do this correctly. Despite being warned several times by Sarah, you chose not to predict what was going to happen based offof her information. Again, you chose to neglect her warnings and continued on with business as if nothing were to happen.

"/i and the board." It is one thing to discipline an employee who has done wrong, but it is another thing to trro} ' discipline an employee who has done nothing wrong. Sarah falls under the latter category, and it { shouldn't be this way. You should commend Sarah for staying quiet and not leaking this information to- the media after you told her what you were going to do. She is agreatperson, and an employee who stayed loyal and did everything she could for her company.

Again, I want to reiterate that I think Sarah Robertson should not have her "head fed to the traders and the board." She is a loyal employee who did her job for her company. Unfortunately, she drew the short end of the stick and is now being fired. I hope you can reconsider your decision and keep Sarah with the company. In the end, I believe it will be beneficial for us to have her on board because she does her job well and has always been loyal to the company.
