a. What is the business problem you are addressing? Many healthcare organizations are facing multiple issues today. Think about the healthcare challenges and issues we discussed in the week.

b. What is the strategic initiative you are proposing? What patient engagement tools have we discussed in the course that could be implemented to address the above challenges?

c. What are your short-term goals and long-term objective? What PE Tools could be implemented first and what ones later, why are you prioritizing them that way?

d. What initiatives are you aligning with each goal and objective?

e. What is the proposed timeline for the plan? A good project typically has the following phases:
